‘Transcendental Archaeologist’ series 2020

‘Transcendental Archeologist’ 2020

A series created during the first covid lockdown. It is a series inspired by what Jung names ‘the active imagination’. In her practice, she lets the medium - watercolour and crayon inspire a language that allows her to journey into mythological dream scapes.

Victoria invites the viewer to allow for imagination without judgement to exist.  In hopes of being a mirror to the viewer, she gives permission to the unspoken and the shadow to playfully surface. The more you look, the more you see.

Limited edition Giclée prints available in shop.
